Councils in the short term, short term memory?

I think I have a problem with the loss of short-term memory, or to forget the little things. It is produced by a coup things head. AS, I get in the truck for work the other day, my partner says "we have to fill with gas," I agree, and exit parking. Not more than 5 blocks later, I forgot to take the gas station. Call someone for something on the phone, and if you write, sometimes I forget what they called about. Perhaps thinking something else while someone is talking to me one second, maybe I lost my brain is C: drive slot for memory extreemly short term. No se. Maybe I'm just a man. Does anyone else have this problem, and what advice would you give to help me improve my memory.
